The Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) will make critical changes to the existing National Occupational Classification. The transformation to the new TEER system will commence on November 16, 2022. The new system will create changes to various Immigration Programs, and some occupations will get added to the higher tier/skill level classification.
